You can upload a case to the Parapool marketplace in under 60 seconds by selecting the recommendation that you require and answering a few simple questions.

Step 3. Get Quotes

Parapool’s intelligent database immediately shares your case requirements with paraplanners across the St. James’s Place community and directly notifies paraplanners with a particularly strong track record that you require their services. You will receive tenders in real time from a range of qualified paraplanners to complete your case via the platform (and via your inbox if opted-in)..

Step 4. Hire the Right Paraplanner

Parapool enables you to select the right paraplanner for you. Review your offers and simply click and sign the Parapool e-contract to hire your chosen paraplanner.

Step 5. Monitor Progress

We understand the frustrations of writing up cases and it’s always nice to know how things are progressing. Parapool provides you with real time progress updates on your case, enabling you to manage your paraplanning pipeline more effectively.

Step 6. Streamlined Payments

Parapool has partnered with Stripe online payments, enabling you to pay your paraplanner securely with the click of a button once your case has been completed. The paraplanning portal provides you with a full history of all your written cases and transactions, meaning you can closely monitor your paraplanning activity and spend.
